Back from Mapic 2019! We take home a lot: we met many new people and gladly saw people we already knew.
And, it would be a case of professional distortion… but we also counted!
New people counting systems with AI have arrived! With the new technologies it is possible to count people with a very high accuracy, but also to exclude staff from the footfalls, identify the buying groups and recognize the gender (male/female)!
How can we know if our customers are really satisfied? Is it possible to be objective about the customer experience? What tools to answer this and other questions?
